Village Office

The Midway Village Office is located at 661 Eighth Ave. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm, closed for lunch, 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm. The office is closed on all statutory holidays.

The Council Chambers are located in the Village Office.
Council meetings are held every third Monday, beginning January 12, 2026.
Meetings start at 7:00 pm, in the Midway Municipal Hall, located at 661 Eighth Avenue, Midway, BC.

If you would like to appear as a delegation please contact the Village Office prior to the Thursday before the next Council meeting.

The Village of Midway office is also an ICBC Autoplan Appointed Agent and a Motor Vehicle Driver Services branch. We offer a full range of ICBC and MVB services and all commissions from transactions go back into the Village parks program.
