INVITATION TO TENDER

Kettle Spray Park

VOM 2023-01

The project shall be constructed in James G. McMynn Community Park located on the corner of Seventh Avenue and Eholt Street, opposite the Midway Community Centre.  The project consists of constructing a water spray park which entails a sanitary and water service connection from the existing mains on Seventh Avenue.  Along with the spray park foundation and structure, a prefabricated or constructed on-site two-stalled washroom with a water drinking fountain.  Additional works include water, sewer, electrical, and concrete installation.

The Village of Midway invites potential bidders to attend a non-mandatory site meeting on Tuesday July 11th, 2023 at 10:00 am, located at Seventh Avenue and Eholt Street, Midway, BC.

The deadline for questions shall be Friday, July 14th.  Any questions after this date will NOT be answered.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website.  The tender documents will also be available on the Village of Midway’s website. (https://midwaybc.ca/category/village-news/). The lowest, or any bid, will not necessarily be accepted.
